Legal SUPPLIED ARTWORK - ERRORS AND/OR OMISSIONS POLICY
All artwork supplied should be passed for press although we will still normally issue a proof for final approval along with an order confirmation before we print, even if you have supplied the artwork. We cannot offer refunds or re-works on goods that have been correctly processed by ourselves from your order request. We cannot accept any liability for errors or omissions on artwork which is supplied to us by our clients.

COLOUR & STOCK CONSISTENCY
In printing a proportion of the cost of printing work is allocated to the set-up of the press prior to running any work. Because we run your jobs with other similar orders and types we can spread those set-up costs over a number of clients making the individual jobs much cheaper, we then pass those savings on to you, this is called batch printing.
Due to the processes involved in batch printing we cannot guarantee consistency of colour between print runs. However, if we are made aware that colours are important we will do our utmost to ensure this request is noted before printing but we cannot be held responsible for inaccurate colour matching. If this is of great importance to you then we would be happy to give you a quote based on a bespoke printing run for your work alone and not use the batch printing methods.
Stock at our source mills change from time to time beyond our control and therefore we cannot guarantee consistency of the material we print on throughout the years. We will always do our best to secure large quantities of commonly stocked materials to ensure consistency but due to the nature of the way in which paper mills produce and supply various stocks we may need to substitute other similar stocks when our own stock is depleted.

DELIVERY & DELIVERY DATES
Mick the Printers web prices and delivery dates are all based on supplying goods in the period specified under each item, subject to the remainder of this clause, however, where a specific delivery date is requested in less than the item specified time frame for urgent work, a surcharge of 15% extra per day will be applied to our web prices. ie. Letterheads, with a usual turn-a-round of 5 working days, required for specific delivery within 3 days will incur a 30% surcharge.
All delivery dates shown are given as an estimate of the date on which you can expect to receive your order, however, because we batch print much of the work we do we need to place orders of a similar style and type together in order to keep our prices low. We therefore cannot be held responsible for any lateness in delivery. However, we will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays in production should the need arise.
All prices quoted include delivery to one UK address via reputable carrier and are sent next day or 48 hour delivery from our factory upon completion packaged suitably for transport via carrier. If special delivery instructions are required please let us know to see if we can help. Our carriers endeavour to deliver on time however we cannot be held responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, loss, damage, strikes, etc. once the goods have left our factory and become the responsibility of the carrier. If you have any complaint you must inform us and the carrier within 7 days. Further, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss following loss or damage of goods or for late deliveries in any circumstances. In the event of a claim on the carrier will can re-print the goods if required, these must be paid for again and the claim then made against the carrier.

QUANTITIES & SPOILAGE
Every endeavour will be made to supply the quantity ordered for print work, however, due to the nature of printing, spoilage has to be taken into account. Whilst we over produce on the print run to include spoilage finishing processes can use up that extra spoilage allowance, we therefore reserve the right to supply goods in quantities that are plus or minus 10% of the quantity ordered. This is standard practice throughout the printing industry.

PAYMENTS
All orders placed for non-account holders must be paid for, in full, at the time of order. We regret that we cannot entertain credit account facilities unless by special prior agreement.

SECURITY & PRIVACY POLICY
To open an account we must ask you to provide us information regarding your name and address and contact details. By consenting to, and agreeing the terms of, this Privacy Policy, you also expressly consent and agree to us processing your data in the normal course of our operations. We take the privacy of your personal information very seriously. We retain your name, address and other details on our database for our internal use and will NOT sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our clients to any third parties.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
In the event you wish to cancel an order please call us immediately. Due to the nature of how we print work is scheduled to be printed with other jobs, therefore, if plates have already been made for press these will still be charged at the rate of £45.00 per plate (£180.00 in the case of process plates), if the order has already been printed the full price of the goods is due and no refunds can be entertained.

ERRORS & OMISSIONS
At Mick the Printer we will always endeavour to check any work given to us at artwork stage, however, it is impossible to proof read all work submitted for printing. We therefore cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions on artwork or for corrupted files. Should you have any queries on billing please contact us.
